2. Your Master ID
3. A User Name
4. A password

Here's the process for registration:

1. Click here to create an account.  (This form is only available in English.)
2. Complete the online form with all required information. 
3. Submit the form.
4. You will receive an email asking you to confirm your email address.
5. Click on the confirmation link in the email (copy and paste the link into your browser if necessary)
6. We will review your application and notify you by email when you're approved. Please allow two weeks for processing.
